Two new restaurants

WE have new restaurants around here. Which one would you want to eat in.

GRAND AMBITIONS RESTAURANTE

Menu de jour

Sea Breeze
Poached fillet of sole, rice, blanched celery.


Turf Stuff
Pieces of Beef Chuck, beans of the day, California tomato slices


Vegan’s Veggies
Turnips, Cauliflower, mashed potatoes all covered with a light Hollandaise sauce (no eggs)


Mexican Stand-off
Leftover chili with extra beans. Tortillas. Rice.

Picante Wishy Fishy

A lightly breaded fresh catch of the day lightly covered with a Latino inspired sauce of fresh homegrown tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, parsley Habenero peppers. Served with Rice accented with saffron and green beans tossed with olives and pimentos.


Meat to Greet

Tender aged beef marinated in an Asian influenced fusion of spices, lightly grilled to perfection. Served with a mélange of legumes splashed with a balsamic vinegar accented roasted pepper glaze and pomes frito.


Veritable Vegan Vinegrette

A gracious mixture of fresh organic vegetables flash fried to al dente all lightly coated with a summery concoction of fresh herbs and oak barrel vinegar. Served over a bed of fresh Southern greens.

Rosa’s Rosary of Reminders

A verde stew of beef, pork, and pinto cooked over slow wood fires in a Mexican family inspired tomato sauce with ancient spice combinations. Lightly crusted with an aged cheese layer. Served with hand tossed masa totillas. A side of brown rice cooked to perfection in a pollo broth with hints of cumin and cilantro,
