Braque Sauce

Squareish meatballs are a contradiction, right?

So I bow to cubism. I needed to use some leftover meatloaf from last week. It became squarish meatballs in a sauce for pasta. I made it a little more appetizing by using crushed tomatoes, fresh basil, and a few other spices. Not the best but certainlu tolerable which is better than just edible.

Sometimes I have to do what is necessary. Nothing new, just a disposal of leftovers.
